Its always a good idea to have some web proxies at hand as you can use them for a variety of purposes. You can use them to hide your own IP when you navigate to a site that should not have your IP in their logs.
You can use them to bypass web restrictions / censorship from schools, universities and business and also use them if your country is one of those that likes to prevent its people from collection information on their own.
The proxylist is divided into the following categories: Secure means its possible to use a SSL with this web proxy, normal means no SSL but does not spill your IP of course. The others are pretty self explanatory, if you have questions feel free to ask and I will answer them asap.
I will compile a new list each month, check back regularly if you are looking for additional webproxies. Feel free to add proxies that you know of in the comments, they will be included with the next update

Update: We have removed all non-working proxy servers from the list. Keep in mind that most web proxies come and go quickly, and that there are only a handful of reliable services that have been there for years.
I suggest you visit the Proxy.org which offers up to date proxy listings. The developers maintain the list and remove non-working proxies whenever they stop working.The site usually offers links to thousands of working proxy servers so that you should find some easily there that work for you. Feel free to leave a comment with your favorite web proxy server so that we can add it to the list.
As you can see from the list above, we had to remove the majority of proxy servers listed here on the site as they stopped working. The above sites are long standing and likely to work in the next couple of years as well as they have been online for a number of years now.

I don’t know if you are aware of the fact that your IP address can be seen by others whenever you visit a website, and with that information, they are able to see your location. Also Internet providing companies restrict what websites you can visit when you sign up for their service. I think no one should be able to tell me what to look or not look at on my own computer. Their job is to provide me with a good connection, and as long as I pay for it, why do they care what I do? For all this reasons now I am using http://www.primovpn.net to hide my IP address and surf the Internet anonymously. It’s very easy to use. Downloading is also awesome.
Instead of a proxy you could try a VPN service like http://www.sunvpn.com/. Most proxies are blocked anyway in company networks.
