Meanwhile, Vivo just launched the Vivo X100 Ultra, X100s, and X100s Pro phones in China. The Ultra model packs the largest telephoto camera on a phone i.e. a 200MP ISOCELL HP9 sensor with 3.7x optical zoom. Vivo co-developed this sensor in association with Samsung and is also certified for CIPA 4.5-level telephoto stabilisation. The phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and there’s a Vivo V3+ imaging chip for 4K portrait videos. There is an in-house BlueImage algorithm for improved backlighting and details in low-lit conditions.
