Many users in the United States are currently experiencing issues with Xbox Live, with widespread reports of server connectivity problems and party chat errors. Games like Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, Halo Infinite, GTA 5, and Dead By Daylight are reportedly not working for many users. As of 6:45 p.m. EDT on Thursday, Downdetector received over 4,500 error reports, primarily concerning server access, login issues, and gameplay disruptions.
“Is there a problem with downloading games?” one person reported.
Another inquired, “My games aren’t installing is this related to servers?”
A third user reported, ” Bro try to login to my Xbox account but it gives me error.”
“Mesa AZ , PLlaying World War Z notice says server disconnected,” reported another users.
Some users also took to platforms like X to voice their frustrations.
“Cant play sea of thieves the coarse beard thing shows up , are xbox servers are down?” one person inquired.
Another showed frustration, writing, “Xbox, Your Status page is down. I can’t invite, join, or play games with my friends. Communicate to your millions of subscribers what is going on with your service. This isn’t rocket science. A simple “we’re working on it” tweet would go a long way.”
A third user wrote, “lmaoo on days where I don’t plan on playing anything, the xbox servers go down.”
“Are Xbox servers down? Couldn’t get into a game of Fifa so restarted my console, now can’t get into a party either,” another user inquired.
As of now, Xbox has not responded to these outage reports.
