We recently saw how you could access more than 7,000 different television channels from almost every corner of the planet. One more example of how IPTV lists are a valid alternative to traditional television and on streaming platforms.
Yes, the aforementioned list already represented a notable growth compared to a previous one, in which more than 1,500 channels could be accessed, but this other one that we are now going to get to know surpasses all records. A method that allows access to almost 11,000 television channels and now I’m going to explain how to use it.
The list, like the other two that we have already seen, is available for free for anyone who wants to try it from this link on Github. a collaborative and open source list, which allows access to more than 11,000 channels of all types of content and languages that broadcast throughout the world.
In the previous cases, to be able to use this list on your television or multimedia center, you must have a compatible application installed. In this case, I have used Kodi, which I already had installed with the Add-on “PVR Clients – PVR Simple Client” and this way I don’t take up extra storage space on the television, which I don’t have enough of. In any case, there are dozens of IPTV applications on Android TV to choose the one you like the most.
With the application already downloaded installed on the TV, you just have to access Github link address that we have seen before and copy one of the two lists offered by the development. The difference between them is that one contains programming for adults.
With the lists already under control, now It’s time to add it to Kodi. If you do not have the Add-on installed, these are the steps. If you already have it, you can skip them to step 4.
1 Enter Kodi and once inside, click on the “Settings”.
2 Once on the main screen you will have to click on the section Add-ons and then inside, click on “Look for”.
3 To speed up the search type ““PVR” What do you want to search for and from the entire list that will appear choose “PVR Clients – PVR Simple Client”.
4 On the PVR Client screen, click on “Install”.
5 After installing, go to the add-ons that you have installed and in PVR enter the one you have downloaded and press “Set up”.
6 Now a new window opens in which you must choose “Add Add-on Settings”.
7 You must make sure that the option “Location”is set to “Remote route (internet address)” and then click on the option “URL to M3U list”. There copy or paste one of the two .M3U URL addresses that we have seen before and then click on “OKAY”.
8 Now you will see how a small box appears in the upper right corner of the screen with the text “PVR Manager is starting: X% Loading channels from clients.” Now you can return to the Kodi home screen and click on the section “TV”.
From now on, you will have all the channels offered by this list available on your TV through Kodi. A huge number of channels that, thanks to this add-on, you can control through a programming guide and sort in different ways to always find the one you are looking for.
There are news channels, documentaries, children’s channels, music channels… Practically every language you can imagine. You can find broadcasts with different image quality, either at 720p or 1080p and thanks to Kodi you will also have the possibility of establishing schedules.
This method is added to all the ones we have seen that, through Kodi, allows you to access HBO Max, Disney+, Filmin, DAZN, Netflix, Pluto TV, SkyShowtime, Orange TV and even to watch DTT, record programs, to play by installing an emulator or even use it to access Plex.
