TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – School will be out again Wednesday in Topeka Unified School District 501 as a result of winter weather, officials announced.
District patrons received a phone message around 5:25 a.m. Wednesday notifying them of the closing.
The announcement also was posted around 4:58 a.m. Wednesday on the Topeka Public Schools Facebook page.
That announcement stated, “Due to hazardous weather conditions, there will be no school Wednesday, January, 10, 2024.”
Topeka Public Schools also were out Tuesday because of winter weather.
