Eddie Redmayne is having the most stylish night at the 2024 Tony Awards.
The actor, 42, stepped out to the New York City event in a waist-length tuxedo jacket with a bow on the left shoulder, wide-leg trousers, platform loafers and a watch with a vibrant red face.
This is the first time the Les Misérables star has attended the award show since 2010, the year he won best featured actor in a play for Red.
This year, he’s up for best performance by a leading actor in a musical as the Emcee in Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club (a role he played in 2021 in London’s West End) and will be performing a number from the musical revival.

Redmayne attended the Met Gala on May 6 and aced the “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion” theme and “The Garden of Time” dress code. He’s been been going to the star-studded event since 2014.
His black-and-white ensemble, which he coordinated with his wife Hannah Bagshawe’s outfit, was styled by Harry Lambert and designed by London-based designer Steve O Smith, who perfectly meshed “classism and whimsy,” Redmayne told Vogue.
His look consisted of a wool coat with organza-covered cutouts, wool trousers and a dickie with a drawing of a tie on it. Bagshawe was outfitted in a silk organza gown over a tulle skirt and corset. It also featured black silk crepe appliqué.
Redmayne loved the intricate designs, and also twinning with his wife on fashion’s biggest night. “We’re wearing matching outfits!” he exclaimed in an interview with Vogue red carpet hosts Gwendoline Christie and Ashley Graham.
